How we work.
We build for ourselves first. Our trading system has to be good enough to trade our own capital; our productivity tools have to run our own working days. That is the test that matters.
We prefer boring engineering with sharp ideas: one core platform, real-time data pipelines, and models held to a standard of evidence.
We are small on purpose. Senior people, end to end, accountable for what ships.
